We will meet at the school entrance (to the left of the main entrance) from 9:15-9:30am. Please note that entry will be at 9:30a and the Gardens will not allow latecomers. After that, you're welcome to stay with the group or take your own adventure through the beautiful gardens. You may bring your lunch or purchase from the restaurants on site. Limited free parking is available in the parking complex. Street parking is also available in Cheesman Park where posted. Deadline to sign up AND pay is Friday, Sept. 11th at 9:00am. Sign Up Here.

PSAT/NMSQTMon 10/19Signup Closes 9/257:45aSummit WestminsterThe PSAT/NMSQT is a PSAT for 11th graders and serves as a qualifying test for the National Merit Scholarship Program. Only 11th grade Summit students will be allowed to sign up for this test. This year, the test will take place on Monday, October 19, 2026 at Summit Westminster. Students will arrive by 7:45am, we will begin the test promptly at 8am. The test should be completed between 11 and 11:30am. We will not have a makeup date for this test. This sign-up will close on Sept 25, 2026. SIGN UP HERE

Senior Parent MeetingTues 10/20-9:00aCommunity RoomEach senior must have a parent attend this meeting to learn about senior requirements, graduation, etc. Seniors do not attend this meeting. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early and bring your ID for Raptor check-in. See you there!

Half days & ConferencesWed-Fri, 10/21-23-See NotesSummitShannon Wallwall@thesummitacademy.org-Drop off as usual. Classes start at 8:30a. 30 minutes classes. Pick up from 11:30a-11:45a. No lunch. All students must leave campus between classes and conferences to allow our staff to prepare. Open house style conferences are from 1:00p-3:00p. You are free to walk the building and visit teachers as desired. There may a wait for some teachers. Both parents may attend and visit different teachers if needed. Students/siblings may attend (children must stay with parents). There is no signup. Please keep conferences to 15 minutes. If you think you will require additional time with a teacher, please contact that teacher directly via email to schedule a meeting at on a different day.
