Also, the implementing team of the said program conducted an orientation and seminar in collaboration with the Municipal Health office, and Municipal Civil Registrar. Further, in cooperation with the Municipal Treasurer's Office, 15 eligible indigent families were also given a capital assistance to help increase their income and financial independence and would help them alleviate their socioeconomic condition.

Also, the implementing team of the program were able to create and organize groups of solo parents to barangays with out of Solo Parents groups. Further, the program was able to distribute capital assistance to 25 eligible selected indigent members of solo parents which aims to alleviate their current socioeconomic condition.

Further, capital assistance was given to 15 eligible indigent senior citizens to increase their income and financial independence. The Welfare Program for Indigenous Peoples was implemented. The said program conducted a gender-sensitivity training aligned from the 2022 End-VAW Campaign. Further, capital assistance was distributed to 10 eligible members of IP community. The implementing team of the said program collaborated with the Municipal Health Office for check-up of the members of the community.
