13	1	When will the token swap begin?	PCH wallet token swap: May 2, 2019 ~ 23: 59 May 8, 2019(UCT/GMT +9) Token swap support exchanges(GDAC): PCH(ERC-20) witdraw/deposit will be stoped at 16:00, May 8, 2019(UCT/GMT +9)
14	2	How long will the token swap last?	Token swap will end at 23:59 May 8, 2019(UCT/GMT +9) we are not considering of additional token swap in the near future So please finish your token swap during this period
15	3	How can I swap my PCH(ERC-20) tokens?	1) you can swap the token at GDAC which support the token swap 2) you can also swap the token by using our PCH Wallet. You can download it at Google play or our homepage
16	4	What will happen to my PCH(ERC-20) tokens if I do not make the token swap?	When the final token swap process is finished at 23:59 May 8, 2019(UCTY/GMT +9), the PCH(ERC-20) will be burned and cannot be used. If you do not swap the token to coin during the period, we only recognize PCH coin issued through the POPCHAIN mainnet as an official cryptocurrency. And we are unable to provide swap support for transactions that occured after the token swap period. And soon, at every exchanges which do not support the token swap, it will not be able to trade the PCH(ERC-20) token.
17	5	Will mainnet PCH coins have hardware wallet support?(eg. Ledger)	We do not support hardware wallet right now. We will announce the news when it is ready
18	6	How do I know if my PCH are ERC-20 tokens or mainnet PCH coins?	If your PCH is stored in a wallet address starting with "0x" which you can check at etherscan, they are PCH(ERC-20) tokens which need to be swapped. Mainnet PCH coins are stored in the PCH Wallet address starting with "P", and you can only check the trasaction on our own blockbrwoser Ans also, PCH coin will use new ICON. So you will know the difference between ERC-20 tokens and Mainnet coins
19	7	I have my PCH(ERC-20) token on MEW(My Ether Wallet). Can I do the token swap using MEW?	You need to send your PCH(ERC-20) tokens to one of the following options to do the token swap 1) Send the PCH(ERC-20) tokens to the GDAC which is the exchange supports token swap. 2) Download PCH wallet from Google play or our homepage link, create a PCH wallet address.
20	8	When will the exchanges re-open PCH deposit and withdrawal?	It will follow the exchange policy.
21	9	Is there an upcoming airdrop?	We do not have plans for additional airdrop
22	10	If I use the PCH Wallet for the token swap, how much ETH is required for the gas fee?	It depends on Etherium network situation, please prepare enough ETH for gas fee
23	11	If my PCH(ERC-20) tokens in the exchanges which do not support the token swap, do I need to transfer it to other exchanges which support token swap?	Yes, please. We are strongly recommend to transfer to the exchange which support token swap. Because we will request those exchanges not to trade our ERC-20 PCH tokens. We are unable to provide swap support for transactions that occurred after token swap period.
24	12	Is PCH Wallet the only wallet that can hold mainnet PCH coins? Is it available on IOS?	You can also hold at the GDAC which is the exchange that supports PCH token swap We have plan to release IOS version of PCH wallet
25	13	What if I can not deposit my PCH ERC-20 tokens before the d-day?	We do not have any plan to swap in the near future, but it is possible After the token swap period, DO NOT BUY or SELL YOUR PCH(ERC-20) TOKEN TO OTHERS We will only support those wallets which do not transfer to other wallet(except POPCHAIN wallet) after the token swap period
26	14	Do you have any plan to support hardware wallet or other wallet(ex. Trust wallet)?	Yes we do. We will contact with those wallet projects and will announce you if it is all set
27	15	If I swap the PCH ERC-20 tokens at PCH wallet, can I receive the PCH coins immediately?	We will check our wallet and if the transfer is right, we will send you the coin sequentially. * Mainnet PCH coin will be able to use after the GDAC supports the mainnet.
28	16	After the token swap, will I need ETH for mainnet PCH coin transfer?	You don't need ETH for tansfer PCH mainnet coin If you swap your token with PCH wallet, you need ETH for gas fee 1) when you send PCH(ERC-20) token to wallet, 2) when you send PCH(ERC-20) token for swap
29	17	If I have some issues that do not able to transfer my PCH ERC-20 token to supported exchanges and PCH wallet during the token swap period, how do I get my PCH coins?	We only support token swap during the period(5.2~5.8) and we do have additional token swap plan. But not neal future. So please do the token swap during the period and if not, please do not transfer your tokens to other wallet except POPCHAIN official wallet We will only support those wallets which do not transfer to other wallet(except POPCHAIN wallet) when we open the additional token transfer
30	18	What if I send my PCH ERC-20 tokens to supported exchanges after the token swap period?	Please do not send your token after the token swap period Exchanges will not support token swap and there is a possibility that you will not be able to get your token back
31	19	What is the address that start with 0x0000?	The 0x000 address is to burn(lock) the ERC-20 tokens
32	20	Can I send my mainnet PCH coins to hardware wallet or MEW after the token swap?	Not right now. We will announce you when they support PCH
33	21	Can I send my mainnet PCH coins to other exchanges which did not support token swap?	Please do not send your PCH(ERC-20) token to the exchanges which did not support the miannet token swap They will not support PCH mainnet coin and there is a possibility that you will not be able to get your coin back.
