EXPECTATIONS for Monthly Data Reporting:

Red areas will be completed by each school by the close of business on the first day of each month.  Red areas can be found on the Staff Indicators, Student Indicators, and the FACE (Family and Community Engagement) tabs.  Reflection Log will be completed each month by school.  IDOE Visit Response will be completed by Intervention School Coordinators via monthly visits and check-ins.  In addition to red reporting areas, optional areas in blue can be found on each tab.  These areas will assist in driving support and conversations with IDOE and SBOE.

1.Hover the cursor over each topic in column B to find guidance on what data is being tracked.

2.Enter in the yearly goal for each data piece (these goals should match goals written in the 1003(a) application and/or SAP).

3.Enter actual data for each month.

4.To insert a note on a particular data piece, right click the cell, select insert note, and write in box, and click enter.

5.Sometimes the graph may move over the data table. Select the box and drag to the bottom of the page to move the graph.
