Hello everyone! @hertz and I are pleased to announce that we will be officially moving World Records to Hertz's 5 million Archive at https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1nFbWgW8WCT9Xsgj-SVQ1s2jjKDIs1qfWLCjtQYbAdVg/edit#gid=256695078 including making this server the new official Discord server of the WRA. I was planning on making this announcement in the official WR Hub server, but Jim removed my perms to do so. I am therefore making the announcement here. We will add World Record related channels to this server soon and potentially look at rebranding it as a whole. If you know someone who is interested in World Records, invite them here. I'm not sure if Jim intends on splintering the official world record sheet and continuing to accept records there, but we plan on making some changes to the sheet. We'll be getting rid of less used sections like event records & requiring less proof to submit WRs, in addition to adding some scores without the need for submission. This lower workload will require less WRMs, so we won't have the same problems of bloated bureaucracy getting in the way of good decision making that happened in the previous iteration. In addition, we'll be reverting some recent kill requirement changes regarding Bosses that penalize solo scorers for killing bosses solo. The way in which we are going to move World Records is by literally copying the current data over from one sheet to another. The current WRMs are myself, Hertz, and Melody (aka TJL). One final note: Do not expect changes to happen immediately! Hertz is busy in real life at the moment and the school year's starting up again, and there are many, many issues he wants to fix on the archive. When it's finished, it'll be better & more complete than any WR sheet we've had in years.
