Remove Comments visible status on Ideascale at some point in every stage.

Allow proposer to mark comments / color comments to indicate questions has been addressed in the proposal.

Proposal gets a public version control too see changes made on the Proposal with an indication label “new” if from last time you looked at it and if there has been edits.

Fix “multiple kudos” bug for proposals with multiple owners (just 1 kudo for proposal)

To ensure some kind of consistency for the proposer, I would suggest having a checklist of expected deliverable items (attachment or in the main page). This checklist could be a link (url) off the infographic created by Len. Things in the deliverables checklist are (open to suggestions):

Create a form-based proposal format which includes the number of elements which determine a Minimum Viable proposal (MVP)

Change the idea’s card in the list to include key information so that reviewers and voters may quickly scan projects and get a quick but complete picture.

Allow CAs to filter proposals based on their submitted assessments (show “to review”/“already reviewed” proposals). A current/historical list accessible within the CA profile of their past assessment would be a great addition.

Dashboard with all assessments completed by the CA, this dashboard would allow each CA to review its assessments and check whether he/she has submitted any blank assessments or to delete any assessments that he/she has started by mistake.

There seems to be inconsistency between star ratings given, from my experience in reviewing 10 proposals so far, I found out that many of them are not given the star ratings commensurate to the information given, some have more/less star ratings when in comparison to other projects based on the information given (both ideascale and discord, if any). My immediate thought is proposing to allocate a CA one/two chance to challenge the rating during the review process (keeping the number of challenges at minimal for scalability reasons) and have this to be reviewed with broader audiences with opportunities to allow the challenger to present his/her reasons either with more information or by way of comparing with other proposals with similar/more/less quality of provided information.

Make it technically impossibel to submit blank notes and give immediate feedback about too short notes.
