Remote Learning At-Home Schedule

The purpose of this schedule is to help parents to create a sense of normalcy and to advocate for continuous learning during these uncertain times. Use this schedule as a guide when creating time at home dedicated to learning. By all means, change this schedule to suit your lifestyle and children. This is just an example of one way you can schedule your day to keep students on a schedule.

By 9:00 a.m.Wake UpEat breakfast, make your bed, get dressed, put PJs in the laundry

9:00-10:00 a.m.Physical EducationTake a walk, do a short work out, anything that is active and gets your body moving.

10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Academic TimeUse this time to engage in academic activities from your teachers (i.e. 50 miutes of i-Ready and 50 minutes of reading)

12:00 p.m.Lunch

12:30-1:00 p.m.Chore TimeDo a chore or two around the house!

1:00 - 3:00 p.m. Academic TimeUse this time to engage in academic activities from your teachers (i.e. 50 miutes of science and 50 minutes of math

3:00 - 4:00 p.m.Outdoor Time/Free TimeGet outside for a while! Vitamin C boost your immune system, but don't forget to practice social distancing!

Remember, this is just a suggestion of how you could structure your days at home to ensure you have a balance of educational stimulation and everyday life.
