Choose Your Project: Decision Matrix
Use this tool to guide conversation about each project, and as a place to log your thoughts on each criterion

TO USE:
1. Write down brief descriptions of your project ideas.
2. Write down the criteria that your project need to meet.
3. Rate ideas against each criterion, using 1 (Great), 0 (OK) , -1 (Not good).
4. Use weights of 2 or 3 for really important criteria, otherwise 1
5. Multiply ratings by weights and sum up scores. Higher scores indicate most promising ideas.
