MISSION: We work with entrepreneurs in crisis-affected communities to scale their businesses, create significant employment for all, expand the economic power of women and create inclusive economies.
2
VISION: We envision a world where job creators, who believe in women’s economic empowerment and inclusvity, accelerate crisis-affected communities up the path to prosperity. We envision a world made more peaceful by the creation of jobs, which provide dignity and economic stability as a powerful alternative to violence.
3
HOW AND WHERE: We provide impactful business advice to companies in crisis-affected communities, where women and minorities are underemployed and where we believe more jobs can cut the oxygen to violence. Bpeace “Skillanthropists” volunteer their skills and knowledge, both on-site and remotely, to help businesses in these countries grow, create jobs, become more profitable and secure a future for their workers and communities.
