GENERAL INFORMATION:

>Sportsmanship is the #1 responsibility of all coaches, players, officials, staff, parents, and spectators. Be a Good Sport!

>Any unsportsmanlike conduct by a player, coach, or spectator may be cause for removal from the game by the official or park staff. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the game.

>Teams are required to arrive at least 30 minutes before game time.

>After the game, team members must line up to shake hands with the opposing team. Benches must be cleared promptly, and team meetings should be held away from the court and benches.

>Between games, teams must wait for the previous team to vacate the bench before entering. Please help maintain a clean dugout.

ALL-STARS (GIRLS Minors, Majors, Juniors ONLY)

During the Fall an All-Star Tournament will be held at the completion of the season against other LA City Parks for the Girls Divisions only!

>Player's will be selected based on their play throughout the season.

> Player's selected will receive a selection letter from a Sports Staff member with more information on the tournament.

> All-Star's will be required to submit proof of age, sign the roster, and submit payment before being allowed to play.

>Team practices will be held in preparation of the tournament.

>If the Recreation Center wins the "Region" All-Star Tournament they will move on to the "Citywide" All-Star Tournament. Region/Citywide Champions will get a banner hung up inside our gymnasium.

>If you are a person with a disability and require accommodation to pairticipate in a City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks program, service, or activity, requests may be made by calling the facility (310) 837-5186 or 711 for CA Relay, ten days in advance of the event. We will do our best to fulfill requests with less than ten business days' notice.

>Programs subject to change or cancellation without prior notice.

>Once the program begins, no refunds will be issued unless the program is cancelled by the recreation center. A 15% Administrative Fee will be assessed by the Recreation Center to any patron granted a refund. Refunds are subject to review by the recreation supervisor. Full refunds will only be issued when a program is cancelled by the recreation center.

PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF. MAKE SURE YOU GRAB EVERYTHING YOU CAME IN WITH
AND THROW AWAY ALL TRASH

>Please wait outside the rec center until the previous game has ended and the gym has been cleared out.

>NO food or drinks other than water are allowed inside the gym.

>NO wheels (skateboard, scooters, roller skates, etc.) are allowed inside the gym.

>NO dogs or other animals are allowed in the gym and should be left at home.

> Service animals are only allowed with a disability and/or the animal has been trained to perform a certain task.

>Team benches are on the opposite side of the gym, from the entrance. These benches are for the players and coaches only.

>All spectators must be sitting on the spectator side of the gym.

>The stage is not a playground. Please stay off of it.

>After the game/practice has been completed, please promptly clean up after yourself and exit out the double door to the outdoor patio.

PHOTOS ARE NOT INCLUDED AS PART OF YOUR LEAGUE REGISTRATION

>Pictures will be taken outside by the parking lot.

>Player's must provide their own sports equipment for their individual photo.

>Orders must be placed online by the day prior to taking pictures.

CLOSING DAY: SEASON AWARDS

>All players ages 5-10 will receive a trophy after completing their season.

>All players ages 11-15 will receive a t-shirt after completing their season.

>Any division with playoffs, the winning team will receive championship trophies.

>After completing your final game, trophies will be set up outside on a table. Each team will have 30 minutes to pass out their awards have a little party, and cleanup.

>If your team would like to make other arrangements away from the park, please let sports staff know so that we can leave your trophies boxed up.
