For that matter, how you are going to find a criminal defense attorney in New York for PL 190.25 and what are the potential penalties if convicted? A serious misdemeanor crime with equally serious consequences, if you are charged with and convicted of Second Degree Criminal Impersonation not only will you have to contend with a potential sentence of up to one year in jail.” is the punishment is very serious. Anthony has been a career criminal who has been to prison for 8 felonies and uncountable misdemeanor offenses. He currently is on probation and facing a dwi charge in kings county. Today during a family court hearing where XXXXXX is seeking visitation the judge almost agreed to visits in public place with the drop off person off person. This is how women end up dead due to domestic violence. I am at your mercy to obtain XXXXXX criminal records the family court judge is asking for to show XXXXXX is a big potential danger not only to myself but society in a whole. Specifically, I want to get an idea of what percentage of sex offenders have one (or more?) of the three designations. In my brief time since starting work at Legal Services I’ve gotten the impression well over half of all sex offenders have a designation and seemingly regardless of their initial assigned level. That said, I want to see if this is assumption is accurate as it will help me better advise clients who come to us asking for help with downward modifications. Ideally, I would want statewide data, so that I could share it with colleagues in other re-entry organizations that we regularly coordinate with. At minimum, though, I want to request the data for Nassau and Suffolk as indigent residents of those counties are the main demographic that are eligible for our services. The data can be scrubbed and redacted as necessary, as I do not want to request any personal information of individual offenders, I just need a better picture of the system overall for my own understanding.
