Brand Perception Map - Radar Chart
3
4
On the next tab of this sheet, (Data & Chart), you will find some entered values and a style of chart called Radar Chart.

Notice how this type of depiction can offer a sense of where a product fits in an overall marketplace. You should be able to see how quality and price and other values interrelate. Ideally, you can spot gaps in a market or message that can provide opportunities.

To use this chart with different numbers of data points or companies, it's likely easiest to simply generate a new chart. To do this...

* Delete the existing chart.
* Update the spreadsheet data as you like.
* Create a new chart by selecting all the data just as you would for any chart.
* Select Insert > Chart and let whatever default chart is selected come up; likely a blank one.
* Scroll down through chart types to find the Radar Chart type. You will likely be near the lower down selections. If it's difficult to see which one is the Radar Chart style, hover your mouse over the chart options and you should get a tool tip style text pop up label for the chart type.
* Just select that and the chart should populate automatically.
