Teacher Candidates: Use the format below to keep track of your hours this semester. There is a tab for (1) the 2 classes you are taking over ("Teach"), (2) the 2 classes, or equivalent # of hours, in which you are assisting ("Assist"), and (3) your 4 week immersion experience ("Immerse"). Your assigned University Supervisor will check on your progress in completing the hours of required clinical practice at mid-semester and again during finals week. Share the Observation & Participation Google sheet with your University Supervisor (US) and Mentor Teacher (MT).
At the mid-term and end of the semester, your University Supervisor will ask your MT to verify the hours completed (via email), as well as comment on your progress in meeting the Teacher Performance Expectations (TPE’s).
