IMPORTANT: All items listed on this sheet must remain within your control during operations. Please have your shift employees/managers check for these items and initial this log at the open and close of their shift, and notify management of changes immediately. You should never lend out tools, nor should you offer sharp objects for use by customers. A log must be kept in all locations, and if asked by CDA, TSA or Unison, your staff must be able to produce it immediately.

If you find that you have an unaccounted for knife or sharp object you must immediately contact the OCC at (773)894-5000.

*All knives or other sharp kitchen tools used in preparation of product must be secured/tethered to prep station while in use.

*All scissors, box cutters, or other sharp items must remain locked up while not in use, and never left unattended while in use.

*All cleaning supplies including aerosols, liquids, wipes and other solutions must be stored out of reach of passengers and never left unattended.

* If the quanity of a listed item changes, you must explain the change in the comments section. Please remember that listed sharp objects and tools can not be discarded on the premises of the controlled, secured side of the airport. These items should only be removed by owners and management.
