Be Punctual: Arrive on time so the group can start as planned.

Know Your Limits: Only join hikes that suit your fitness and experience level.

Respect the Pace: Be patient with slower walkers; the group stays together.

Protect Nature: Stick to trails, avoid disturbing wildlife and leave no trace.

No Noise Pollution: Maintain a normal noise level to respect nature and other trail users (no music).

Dress for Weather & Terrain: Wear suitable clothing and check the forecast before setting off.

Be Inclusive: Respect everyone and ensure a welcoming environment.

Zero Tolerance for Discrimination: Everyone deserves to feel safe and valued.
- Bring Water & Snacks💧🥨
- Supervised kids are welcome on the hikes labelled as easy. All other hikes are 18+.
- Dogs on leads are welcome but only if they're friendly and well socialised.

This group is built on inclusivity, respect, and a love of nature. Anyone who is disrespectful or doesn’t follow the rules may be removed to ensure a positive experience for everyone. Your health and safety are your responsibility. Please come prepared for the hike and bring any necessary medication or supplies.
