26	Bus stops: icy in winter, lack of marked stops, other traffic does not yield to stopped bus, lack of posted routes. Problematic bus stop locations: 1) Broadway (Center to Husson) - no shoulder, many driveways, 2) Union (Vermont to Griffin), 3) Center St across from St Joe's Hospital - person must move out between parked cars to see and fag down bus.
27	Citywide: total disregard for 25mph limit, violating TCD, lack of enforcement, distracted driving (cell phone particularly). Lack of traffic education, coordinated media/marketing campaign needed to raise awareness. "HeadsUp!" signs on buses, etc. Bumper stickers: "Warning, I stop for red lights", "The speed limit is the top speed". Engage student campaign with posters, etc. for use in cabs, tv ads, etc. Campaign should be be positive, upbeat that combines 5 E's.
28	Winter: Downtown snow removal is poor (made worse by private snow crews dumping snow on sidewalks), crosswalks get plowed in. Sidewalks only plowed on 1 side of rd.

30	Many "west side village" residents must walk as they don't own car, yet sidewalks here are far worse/lacking compared to wealthier communities where walking is more residential.
