3			What happens if we don't apply 1 months in advance?	Under the premise of MLBB Esports Team approvals and supports the event, the support level will decrease.
4			What if we are applying for the first time or don't have any related experience before?	Under the premise of MLBB Esports Team approvals and supports the event, the support level will decrease.
5			Our last event was approved, but why can't we get authorization for the event we now applying？Even if these two event are with the same scale and the same form.	In order to adapt to the current MLBB esports environment, rules of E-project have already changed.
6			Some third party tournaments are authorized even if against the rules of E-project, why?	The way we deal with third-party events depends on the time when the organizer submit the application. Some of the organizers have already sent applications when the rules are easier, so they will not be restricted by the newest rules.
7			Though the word "League" is contained in the name of our competition, could we still use the name but we only present the abbreviated title (eg. "XXL") to the audience?	No.
8			MLBB Esports Team has some requests about the duration of our events. How to understand the request that we control of the tournament time within one or two months?	No matter how many days the match lasts, the span may not exceed one or two months from the first match day to the last match day of the entire event .
9			Can we get the support from Moonton?	The premise of get authorization and support is: 1. Provide a proposal form. 2. Meet all the relevant rules of E-project.
10	Tournament	Competition System	What form or competition system should we choose?	As long as the tournament is not a league, a round robin, and the time does not exceed the limit, Moonton will not have other requirements about the competition system or the form of the tournament.
11			What is online tournament?	The tournament in which players do not have to travel to the designated offline venue to participate.
12			What is offline tournament?	The tournament in which players need to go to the designated offline venue to participate in the competition. If the whole event has both the online and offline part, the event is still counted as an offline tournament.
13		Live Streaming	If our tournament has already been authorized and supported, but we conflict with the official event time because you change the schedule of official events. Can we continue our tournament and live streaming?	You could continue your event, but you can only continue your live stream if the scale of the event is small. Therefore for large events, it is better to avoid the whole period of MPL.
14		The match	How to start a match without tournament mode?	1.OBs follows all players； 2.choose 'CUSTOM'； 3.choose 'DRAFT PICK'； 4.invite all players and OBs into the lobby； 5.click 'Start Game'。
15		Official promotional videos	Where to find the promotional videos?	https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1sS88fW59CagbAOqPS71VI1MwjdZdjHV_y1hXBP5138Y/edit#gid=0. The promotional videos will be updated every week, please make sure to use the latest videos.
16			How to use official promotional videos?	You can choose some promotional videos in the link and play at least 3 times in each day of the tournament.
17			What if we don't play the official promotional videos during our event?	Under the premise of MLBB Esports Team approvals and supports the event, the support level will decrease.
18	Feedback & Support	Support Contents	What are included in the support contents?	1. In-game items, including diamonds, skin redeem codes, ordinary redeem codes (can be redeemed for heroic debris + magic dust + double experience/BP card); 2. promotion support: including "Monthly Events Preview", in-game promotion . 3. Technical support: tournament mode. 4. Game and E-project logos. 5. Use rights of the IP and hero image.
19			Can we get all of the support contents from Moonton?	It depends on the actual situation of the event.
20			Can we get monetary support?	No.
21			Can I get more support?	What support we can provide depends on the result of team discussion and caculation model. So the amount of support is fixed.
22		Diamonds	When can the players get the diamonds after we send the winner list to MLBB Esports Team?	First, you need to send a feedback report and the winner list. The MLBB Esports Team will send diamonds within two weeks once we confirm that the report and the winner list are in the correct format. If the players don't get diamonds after two weeks, please contcat MLBB Esports Team again.
23			How can the players get the diamonds?	Diamonds will be given to each player directly by the in-game mail.
24			How do we assign the diamonds, can we send them to not only the players.	You can assign the diamonds in your own way and you can send them to not only players if there is a need.
25			Our event has both qualifiers and grand finals, can you send the diamonds to the players after the qualifiers and the grands finals respectively?	No. To make sure all diamonds be sent to each players corectlly, please send us the winner list after all matches end.
26			What need to be included in the winner list?	The name of the event, each player's account ID, server ID, number of diamonds to be sent are indispensable.
27			Some players don't get the diamonds due to the negligence of us or the players themselves, can we apply the diamonds again？	No. Since these diamonds are likely to be sent to other people, please purchase the diamonds for the participating players. Therefore, please ensure the accuracy of the winner list.
28		Redeem Codes	How to use the redeem codes?	The codes will be given to you first, you can give them to the players or audiences. 1.Visit https://m.mobilelegends.com/en/codexchange 2.Enter the redemption code and your account’s Game ID 3.Click the “Send” button to receive the verification code (the code will be sent to your in-game mailbox) 4.Enter the verification code and click the “Redeem” button 5.You will receive the gifts through the in-game mailbox. Click the “Claim” button to receive the items!
29			How can the players or audiences get the skins?	The skins will be given in the form of the redeem codes, see details in the question: '"How to use the redeem codes?"
30			When can we get the redeem codes?	Since the redeem codes need to be applied from other departments of Moonton, this usually takes two weeks. After applying for the redeem codes, they will be sent to you by email before the tournament if the tournament has not started yet.
31			Can we choose the skins?	If MLBB Esports Team approves and can support the event with skins, you can tell us which skins you want (If you don't tell us this information, it's okay and we will provide some random skins for you). However, since the skins need to be applied from other departments of Moonton, the skins to be sent may be different from the ones you have applied.
32			Can we choose the contents of the ordinary redeem codes?	No. Except special situations, ordinary redeem code countains: 20 hero fragments, 50 magic dusts, 1 double EXP card(3 days) and 1 double BP card(3 days).
33			How many times can each code been used? How many times can one kind of codes be used by one account?	One time. One time.
34			When can the codes be used?	From the audiences or players getting the codes to one month after the tournament ends. Please use the codes asap.
35		Tournament Mode	How to get the tournament mode?	Please send the ID of the OB(observer) account to official.
36			How to use the tournament mode?	Please refer to：https://docs.google.com/document/d/1qFa9slSHAmBgatdP3EFfmuhnxu36zuQlUnJ42bPuZ6A/edit.
37			When can we get the tournament mode?	The tournament is mainly for the finals of the tournament, no matter when is the qualifier, the tournament mode will be given 5-7 days before the last day of the tournament.
38			The tournament will be provided to whose accounts?	Referee accounts.
39			How many accounts can get the tournament mode?	1 to 4 according to the scale of the tournament. If you provide more accounts, we will choose the first 1 to 4 accounts to give the tournament mode.
40			How to guarantee a smooth running of matches?	According to where the tournament is, you need to fill in different server ID. Indonesia: 20/21; Philippines: 155; Malaysia: 156; Singapore: 152/157; Myanmar: 152/157. For other countries, please ask us for help directly.
41		Promotion	Where is in-game banner?	(Please note that the in-game banner for third party tournaments are already been canceled)Enter the main interface of MLBB → click on the “Events” on the left → “Information” section→ “LATEST” section → “NEWS” section.
42			Where does the in-game promotion link?	(Please note that the in-game banner for third party tournaments are already been canceled)In-game promotion will link to the MLBB official website post. The content needs to be provided by you, please provide text content no more than 200 words with relevant links if there are.
43			When can you post the in-game banner?	(Please note that the in-game banner for third party tournaments are already been canceled)We can provide at most one in-game promotion for each event. The promotion will last three days, what time to start depends on your decision. Promotional contents should be provided at least one week before the promotion starting date.
44			Can you help to do the promotion on MLBB offcial facebook page?	No.
45			What is "Monthly Evnets Preview"？	The "Monthly Event Preview" is divided into two parts: in-game and on Facebook page. The in-game "Monthly Event Preview" is located at: MLBB main interface → click on the "Activity" on the left → "Esports" section → "Esports Events" section. The "Monthly Event Preview" on the Facebook page with be the same with: //www.facebook.com/mobilelegendsgame/posts/2598363003559790.
46		Logos	Where can I find E-project logo and game logo?	You can find it in last page(Appendix 1) of the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Third-party Tournament Authorization Agreement.

49			Can we get the squad verification？	We don't provide this for third party evnets.
50			Will moonton allow two E-project event to take place at the same date and same region?	Yes.
