Data Elements: Instead of relying on just one type of information, the teacher considers multiple data elements to explain the growth of the students. These could include but not limited to:

Classroom Performance: Observations of students' participation, understanding, and engagement in class.
Homework/Assignments: Evaluation of the quality of progressive work submitted by students.
