Slow Flow – No experience necessary, this class is suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.

Slow flow is perfect for those wanting to slow down, hit the pause button on life and create some space in the mind and body. We will work through breathing techniques to calm the mind, slow flowing postures to melt away tension in the body and a deep relaxation so that you leave feeling refreshed, balanced and ready for the week ahead.
