It typically needs 6-8 feet of space in front of the controllers, to allow my projector to be used. The controllers best sit on a table so people can walk up and just play.

It needs a foot of space around each player with two players total. It's pretty similar in size requirements to a 2-player DDR cabinet. If we can project onto the wall in a dark spot, that would be ideal. We have a projector screen we can arrange to transport if necessary. We've also used the DBAA flat screen TV on a stand instead of the projector.

The game sits on a table. It's comprised of a cash register-shaped cabinet with a tiny external receipt slip printer, and an inventory corkboard accompanied by some office supplies (pushpins, rubber bands, post-it notes and pens). Ideally I would like to be near two outlets (the cabinet will use both), but I'll bring a splitter just in case. I'd like to be able to put spare boxes of paper under the table -- I'll bring my own tablecloth, if I know how large the table will be. Tentatively I would like room for a pair of thin recycling bins that I will bring: one will go behind the table to allow paper from the cabinet to trail into it, and the other will sit beside the table for disposal of inventory items. Not only can the game operate in broad daylight, it actually NEEDS decent lighting to be readable, so please let me know if I need to bring a lamp :) The biggest thing is that since it's printer-based, I will be checking on it at most every few hours and keeping it stocked with rolls of thermal paper. During those times I'll ensure everything is working technically, and change out recycling bins if needed. I'll restock paper before going to bed and early in the morning, but at night if it somehow runs out It'll need to wait till I'm awake to be restocked.

organized an arcade for babycastles a few years ago

(THE BOOK RITUAL) Played with a paper shredder. The shredder needs to plug into a 220-230V power (USA mains power is 115V), so you'll probably need to set up a step-up transformer. Let me know if this is not possible and I will work around it (e.g. by getting an American shredder unit!). The shredder will need to be on the table next to the screen. Approx 1m wide total of table space needed. Will need a seat for player to sit on. The game will generate a big pile of paper shreds over the course of the exhibition and I would like to allow the pile of paper shreds to build up over the course of the exhibition, and not be cleared away. (ALISTAIR'S MAGIC BOX) Will need to be on a table - requires space of approx 50cm wide, plus a chair
