Hey there! If you've found yourself here, you're committed to taking your wholesaling business more seriously and this resource will help you do that! This KPI tracker will tell you where you stand, towards your financial goals, at all times. You are tracked at a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly level! Here is how you use it:

1. On the 2024 Yearly Totals tab, click into the green cell at the top and change the $1,000,000 to YOUR goal for revenue made this year.

2. Click cell B8 on the same "2024 Yearly Totals" tab, in the function (fx) box (right above the A, B, C, column labels), change the blue number, to the right of the /, to your yearly goal number. This will allow the sheet to track how close you are to your goal.

3. On that same tab, fill in YOUR targets under the Weekly Goals section for the metrics we are tracking. Mine are filled in as a baseline. Keep in mind I do this by myself full time, so your numbers will be different if your situation is different!

4. Copy your 'weekly goals' targets and paste them into the same section in the currect months tab. So if you are seeing this in March, copy those weekly targets that you input on the 2024 Yearly Totals tab and paste them in the same spot in the March tab.

5. Go to the tab of the month we are currently in. In the big green cell, just like we did on the Yearly Total tab, add your target revenue for the MONTH.

6. Now, in that same tab, go to cell B8 and repeat step 2, but put your MONTHLY goal instead of your YEARLY goal. This will allow the system to track your numbers for each month.

7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 for each new month that you enter!

8. Now, every day when you finish working in your wholesaling business, fill in the metrics for that day. Example Seen below:

Hours Dialing4.1Hours Dialing:
How many hours did you spend on the dialer today? (most dialers track this number for you). If you dont use a dialer, how many hours were you dilligently hand dialiing?

Dials768Dials:
How many phone numbers did you dial today? If youre using a dailer it will track this, if not count them up!

Leads2Leads:
How many people said they were interested in an offer? Even the 'how much will you give me' people.

Offers3Offers:
How many actual offers did you make today? Meaning you gave the seller an actual number for their property.

Contracts Signed0Contracts Signed:
How many SIGNED contracts came today? Not to be confused with how many contract went out. Only put a number in this column if the contract was signed THAT day.

Assignments1Assignments:
How many SIGNED assignments came in today? Also, not to be confused with how many assignments were sent out. Only count this if the assignments are SIGNED THAT DAY.

$ Made10,000$ Made:
How much money did you make today? That is actual check in hand or wire in bank account. If the money isnt with you yet, it doesnt count.

Closings1Closings:
How many closings did you have today? This means the deal is closed, funded and recorded with the county the propeorty is located in.

9. If any of the metrics are 0 make sure you input a 0. Seeing a lot of 0s will push you to turn them into real numbers!

10. The totals from each week are shown in the far right column of each weekly section. And the totals from the weekly sections are shown Monthly Totals in the top right of each sheet. Use these numbers to track your progross towards your goals!

11. After each weekly, fill in some notes about how the week went in the Weekly Notes sections. DId you perform to your capabilites? Was your energy high? What went well? What could go better?

12. Read previous weeks notes at the start of each week to help you progress in your business! Focus on doing the things you noted couldve been better.

13. Find an accountability partnet and meet with them AT LEAST once a week to make sure you are meeting your goals! If you lie on this tracker, thats ok, just rememer youre only cheating yourself!

14. Always remember that you are more than capable of reaching your goals, and you cant fail if you dont quit. I BELEIVE IN YOU, you're going to crush this.
