1. Complete 'Settings' (company, site, year, rate bases, tolerance).

2. Review objectives in the 'Objectives Register' and set approved targets in the 'KPI Tracker' (yellow cells).

3. Each month, enter actuals in 'Monthly Data' – KPIs, statuses, dashboard and charts update automatically.

4. Raise a corrective / preventive action in 'Action Plan' for every At Risk or Off Track KPI.

5. Present the 'Dashboard' at the monthly HSE meeting and quarterly management review (ISO 45001 cl. 9.3).
