Membership and AccessiblityIt is important for the chapter membership to be a reflection of the school's student body in numbers, gender, race, socioeconomics, and ethnicity. Elected OfficersEach chapter must have a structure of elected student officers who model leadership qualities for the chapter. Meetings: Agendas and MinutesChapter meetings are the cornerstone of effective communication among chapter members, advisors,
and school administration. Prior to any chapter meeting an agenda must be created and released to all attendees.

Plan of Action (Program of Work)Perhaps the most important part of the Chapter's Program of Work is their Plan of Action.
