PLANES AVAILABLE AND REINFORCEMENT
26
-) each team will have a limited number of aircraft available at the beginning of the campaign:
27
A) fighters: number of players + 100% (ex: 4 players -> 8 planes)
28
B) attackers: N ° players + 150% (4 players -> 10 planes)
29
C) bombers: N ° + 200% (4 -> 12)
30
E) fighters + attackers: N ° + 125% (4 -> 9 - minimum 30% of attackers)
31
F) fighters + bombers: N ° + 150% (4 -> 10 - minimum 30% of bombers)
32
G) attackers + bombers: N ° + 175% (4 -> 11)
33
H) fighters + attackers + bombers: N ° + 225% (4 -> 13 - minimum 50% of attackers or bombers)
34
35
At the end of each mission the supplies will be distributed:
36
approximately 25 aircraft per army, but the number may be subject to variations based on the objectives achieved during the mission.
37
Each faction will have an "unlimited" plane, to allow even those who have run out of supplies to fly. ATTENTION: an "unlimited" lost plane will be stolen from the supplies of the next mission.
38
I.e.: I should have received 8 new "limited" planes, but in the previous mission I lost 3 unlimited planes -> I will receive 5 new "limited" planes.
39
40
IMPORTANT NOTE:
41
An aircraft that manages to land correctly IN THE SAME AIRPORT FROM WHICH IT DEPARTED can be immediately reused.
42
Instead, a plane landing at a different allied airport (both active and inactive) will only be available again from the next mission.
43
If severely damaged you can land at any allied airfield, RRR and take off again to return your aircraft to its home base. This way you can reuse it immediately.
44
45
46
TYPES OF TARGET
47
A) Deposits: contain the "mods" and armaments applicable to aircraft (eg. One-piece windshield, RBS-82 rockets, SC250)
48
based on the percentage of "mod" destruction and weapons will / will not be available
49
B) Factories: they produce planes and tanks.
50
the planes and tanks produced for the next mission will be calculated based on the percentage of destruction
51
C) Lines of communication / advanced / withdrawn: bridges and railway stations
52
based on the percentage of destruction it is possible to reduce the number of planes, tanks, "mods" or weapons available at airports; o the number of tanks engaged in attacking / defending a city.
53
D) Tanks: these are the troops that attack cities and airports
54
E) Fortified defenses: these are the troops that defend cities and airports
55
F) Artillery: they support tanks or fortified defenses
56
G) Transport aircraft: they are all AI (Ju52 / C-47) and will be used to supply the troops surrounded
57
58
59
TARGETS:
60
Each target will have 5 levels
61
A) Intact
62
B) Slightly damaged
63
C) Damaged
64
E) Heavy damaged
65
F) Destroyed
66
67
Based on its level it will have bonuses / penalties. (bonus rounded up, malus rounded down)
68
I.e.:
69
Factory:
70
Healthy -> 10% bonus (if 25 aircraft are produced, 28 will be delivered)
71
Little damaged -> 0% (25 aircraft produced -> 25 delivered)
72
Damaged -> penalty 10% (25 -> 23)
73
Very damaged -> penalty 15% (25 -> 21)
74
Destroyed -> penalty 25% (25 -> 19)
75
76
The bonuses and malus are cumulative, so if both the factory and the supply line were to be destroyed: malus 25% + malus 25% = 13 aircraft delivered
77
78
79
Planeset:
80
ITAF_Airone1989
81
- Each faction will receive a limited number of planes, which will be divided among the various squads by the RED/BLUE commander
82
-- the planes will depend on the "type" of the team (figheters, attackers, bombers)
83
--- after each mission each faction will receive a TOT of supply planes
84
Note: To allow even those who have finished the planes to fly, it has been inserted a single "infinite airplane" that will always be available... but it will be the "plane of shame". ATTENTION: an "unlimited" lost plane will be stolen from the supplies of the next mission.
85
I.e.: I should have received 8 new planes, but in the previous mission I lost 3 unlimited planes -> I will receive 5 new planes.
