| SAMPLE | February 30 | Seth Behr (0) | Roster | Line-Learning Progress | Costume Information | Not Bad | Kids did a good job of buckling down to prepare for showtime. A few warnings, no time outs. | Ran entire play twice (barely) | No contacts needed, lines are in pretty good shape! | We're in good shape for showtime!
| Audubon CS Fall 2025 | November 6 | Abby Ferree (2) | Roster | Line Learning Progress | Costume Information | Good | Nope, math teacher was fine with us leaving the materials under the desk! | Ran entire play once, then 75% of the way through a second time, with minimal instruction from me. I spent a good deal of time talking them through how to handle using props like soccer balls and a fence that we need to keep in good shape, which is probably why we didn't finish a second run. But the run we did was very thorough and they did a FANTASTIC job with lines! I was very impressed with the improvement from last week. | Lines are in great shape, so I think we're okay! | Nope! We should be all ready to go! I was disappointed in how many students didn't have a costume, and I reminded them that if they don't have them next week, they'll have to perform in their Audubon uniform. So hopefully everyone remembers next week and it doesn't take a long time to sort out! | x
| Brown CS Fall 2025 | November 12 | Julie Dunn Crawford (1) | Roster | Line Learning Progress | Costume Information | Not Bad | School was great. Kids were exctied to be in the auditorium so I had to refocus them multiple times. | Twice | The kids know their lines but sometimes are forgetting their cues. That's a general note that would be good for parents to know. | no | x

| Collegiate CS Fall 2025 | December 5 | Kelley Amaya (4) | Roster | Line Learning Progress | Costume Information | Good | No. These students want to do well and it really shows! | Lesson complete. Ran entire production with props twice. | No | X
| Goshen CS Fall 2025 | November 4 | Abby Ferree (2) | Roster | Line Learning Progress | Costume Information | Good | We were missing 4 chairs today, so several students had to sit on the ground! Not a huge deal, just not sure where they're disappearing to... | Twice all the way through! The second time through we did with no instruction from me, so if anyone missed a line they got to practice figuring out how to get back on track. They did great with this! Afterwards I was able to tell them which lines they skipped, so that they knew what to look back over. This bonus week was a very helpful surprise! | I wouldn't send a massive warning to any parents because everyone's doing really well! If you'd like to send a gentle nudge to some parents, the Rapunzel scene is most often rough/has long pauses before the students figure out what's next. That would include Maddie Van den Berg, Jade Hart, and Eilah Brumfiel. I'm not super concerned about them, but I'd hate for them to get nervous and go up on a line because they weren't practicing! | Nope! One small thing to note - Isabella's dad showed up Tuesday for the performance (at the orginally scheduled performance time). I think it's clear to everyone when the new performance time is, it's been very well communicated, but I just wanted you to know! | x
| Greathouse CS Fall 2025 | October 28 | George Halitzka (3) | Roster | Line Learning Progress | Costume Information | Not Bad | Since there was a faculty meeting in the library, we were moved to room 137 Wilkerson, which turned out to be a very good rehearsal space with a lot of floor area for our 'stage'! | Ran it twice. | Students did MUCH better than last week on lines! Everyone earned their candy (though 2 just BARELY earned it, Salma, and Kylie, and I will contact those parents, as well as Aahaan's folks since he was absent). | Nope | x
| Harmony CS Fall 2025 | November 10 | Abby Ferree (2) | Roster | Line Learning Progress | Costume Information | Rough | Students were not paying attention well today, which was tricky! Students were told to meet in our usual room, so I had to transition them from that classroom to the library, which took significant time. If we could have them meet directly in the library next week, that would be very helpful! | Only had time to run it once due to classroom behavior, people not knowing their lines, and missed entrances. We ran one little part a second time to clean, but we had significant timing issues because no one was prepared. | I don't think there's anyone that needs singled out - it just feels like none of the students looked over their lines since there was no reward this week as a motivator. Hopefully the email to parents that the rehearsal was 'rough' will be enough. | Missing one police badge! Also, the princess tiaras could use a little tlc. Some of them are ziptied together, and I think the rest of them could use that. One of the ziptied ones, however, is upside down and may need redone. | x
| Kenwood Station CS Fall 2025 | November 11 | Kelley Amaya (4) | Roster | Line Learning Progress | Costume Information | Not Bad | With Julie's help and guidance we progressed through two (tough) runs of the play. Also worked an area that was very rough for them before dismissal. | Twice | Lillian Taylor (Rayna) at times is distracted on stage and misses cues; commercial and prop cues and have been rough for cast. | Nose pins are flimsy and falling apart | X
| Lourdes Group 1 CS Fall 2025 | October 27 | Kelley Amaya (4) | Roster | Line Learning Progress | Costume Information | Rough | Jake Kremer (Huck) was all over the place. Kids have greatly improved on lines. Only needed assistance once or twice to remember. Behavior was still difficult for younger kids on stage when they had no lines. | We completed all blocking and did a run through from beginning to next to last page. | Jake Kremer and any kids George marked as missing costumes. Let me know if I need to resend those to you. | No. Just missing costumes. | X
| Lourdes Group 2 CS Fall 2025 | October 27 | George Halitzka (3) | Roster | Line Learning Progress | Costume Information | Not Bad | No significant issues | Ran it twice--once on stage, once in the classroom | I think we're okay. I reiterated the need to review lines with the students, but no one's lines stood out as being a problem. | Nope | x
| Norton Group 1 CS Fall 2025 | December 3 | Kelley Amaya (4) | Roster | Line Learning Progress | Costume Information | Not Bad | Just some backstage whispers. This improved on second run though. | Ran entire show completely through twice | Shawn (Campbell Edwards), Zoe (Abigail Delaney), Chloe (Alina Bradley) - Zoe and Chloe seemed to have slipped back some during the break. | No. Everything is set. Just received two black plastic bags with costumes and I can't read any names on them. I'm certain they'll be able to decern who's is who's. | X
| Norton Group 2 CS Fall 2025 | December 3 | Abby Ferree (2) | Roster | Line Learning Progress | Costume Information | Not Bad | No significant issues | Ran twice - once on stage with props, and once in the corner without props | There was definitely some drop off in lines after the long break, but not nearly as bad as it could have been. I told them all to really look at their scripts over the next week, but no one really stood out as someone whose parents need to be contacted. | The benches are a great addition for this show, thank you! | x
| Norton DF Fall 2025 | November 6 | Julie Dunn Crawford (1) | Roster | Line Learning Progress | Costume Information | Rough | Lots of chattiness, not paying attention to what is supposed to be happening so missed cues. Really hard to wrangle them back into focus. | Twice. No secondary piece. | No, we are lucky to get through the main piece without chaos. | no | X
| St. Mary CS Fall 2025 | November 3 | Julie Dunn Crawford (1) | Roster | Line Learning Progress | Costume Information | Rough | Some kids still unsure of lines. Missed cues to come on stage. Spent a lot of time reminding them of backstage behavior. | twice | Amelia Mudd, Chloe, Nora Wells, Zoe | Kelley Schleg provided us with a microphone and speaker for the performance. Some kids are still struggling with volume so that will help. | x
| Stopher CS Fall 2025 | October 23 | George Halitzka (3) | Roster | Line Learning Progress | Costume Information | Rough | Behavior was fairly good this week, but lines were not where they need to be. | Ran twice | Whitney Wells, Emerson Scott, Rece Jones, and Lily Hutchinson need to work on recognizing their cues. | Nope | x
| Stopher DF Fall 2025 | November 11 | Julie Dunn Crawford (1) | Roster | Line Learning Progress | Costume Information | Rough | Whew! Mr. Trask said it was like the kids had been drinking Mt. Dew all day and I can see exactly what he was talking about! Chatty to the point of distraction. I stopped several times to talk about focus and being respectful. We did our second run through whispering to help them stay quiet when it wasn't their turn to talk. | We ran through it twice. | No, just the main piece. | Have everything we need for the performance. | x
