SheetHow to Use
2
GeneralFile > Make a Copy > Rename if desired > Edit as needed! (Please don't ask me why you can't edit this one or request access to edit it LOL. This is the copy template!)
3
4
AppearanceClick the cell you want the style from, then click the cell, row, or column you want styled the same way. Right click > Paste Special > Format Only. This is a great way to redo your top headers to a new style quickly.
5
6
Dropdown MenusEdit your dropdowns by clicking the arrow on one of them, then the edit pencil, and then change the options as needed. When you save, choose Apply to All. If you want to copy an entire dropdown to a different sheet, CTRL+C the dropdown cell, then CTRL+V it onto the cell you want it in.
7
8
LinksSingle-click the cell you want to turn into a link (typically, this is probably going to be your scene summary in the tracker so you can link each item), then click the link icon in the top options.
9
10
RearrangingSingle-click the row or column you want to move; once it's selected and your cursor changes to a hand, drag it to its new position and let go. If it starts highlighting more of the sheet rather than dragging, it's because you need to click once, let go, then click again to start dragging; that's all!

12
Thread TrackerClick the arrow on the 2023 tab at the bottom of the page, choose duplicate, and change the year.
13
14
To Do ListJust your standard checklist; no special notes! It will gray out items as you check them off for readability.
15
16
Character RosterJust dropdowns & text! No special instructions here.

WIP ScenesDouble-click In-Progress or Scene Header to edit! This tab is great for WIP tags you aren't ready to post and prepping scene header codes in advance. Just remember that if you single-click and paste for those two fields it won't paste correctly; you MUST double-click.
