Systems ThinkingCompetency (CORE)SelfWhen students self-assess their competency - which they will do in a number of classes, in internships, when prompted by advisor or cohort event, as well as whenever an project or situation calls their attention to personal growthy - they will be prompted to document the tasks, activities, or situations that form the basis for thier assessment; they will be asked to link it to criteria (or to refine/add criteria if need be); and to identity gaps and needs for further development. Review - receivedReviewsAutoQualitative reviews are given to a "developing" learner to provide feedback to help the learner guide self-assessment and future work. Evaluative reviews are given to an 'expert'; Based on the user's criteria and one's knowledge of the field, the reviewer can give a 'thumbs up' or 'thumbs down' to the user's expertise. While a student is 'developing', other users will be able to see how many reviews he or she has received on a competency, but not the contents, unless the review has been made availabe to a specific circle (like a class or project gorup). Evaluative reviews of an 'expert' be available for others to view. Reviews can be made anonmyouslly, with role displayed, or with full information displayed.
