Hi again Mei-Yao! I watched this test after your Intro B test. I was so happy with the way your horse went into the free walk in this test! He softly accepted the rein rather than pulling. I would still like to see him take longer steps- he should demonstrate over track- and to see him stretch down more and over his back. As in the other test, your corners and circles are very supple and your bend is consistent and appropriate for the size circles you are riding. In the first trot circle, your shape was a little flat and looked more like an oval than a circle but your second circle was very good. Your straight lines are straight. Your transitions are in the right places so you are very accurate. The trot-walk transition was very well ridden because you kept your leg on your horse and encouraged him to walk forward into the transition and into the walk and didn't let him fall on his shoudlers and almost stop. Truly the only advice I have to give you is to add energy to your horse's gaits. You are a beautiful rider and your horse is listening well to you. Now I need you to jazz him up a little and ride him forward and the score will be well over 70%!! Congratulations on 2 super rides and best of luck on your continued education in dressage. You have a lot of talent and feel and will go far!! Good Luck.
