After done with setup, sit at desk until lessons start to sign people in.Sit at desk to sign people in through the busy time at the start of the lesson. Welcome and guide newcomers, understand and communicate UCSwing's lesson policies esp. testing into Special Topics, direct people to a board member as necessaryKeep eye on the desk during the lesson and quietly step out to help anyone that comes in. Communicate to those who arrive after 8:15 that they can watch but not join the lessons.
