Step 1
To begin using the form please select "Compliment Worksheet 1" (this is the the 1st sheet of 5 Compliment Worksheets

in the Compliment Workbook.

In "Compliment Worksheet 1 " type the required information in the spaces provided next to each heading

listed, the Supervisor's Name, Jurisdiction Name, Prelate Name, Contact Telephone Number

Once you enter the above information, no need to enter it again on the remaining worksheets. The Supervisor's Name

and Jurisdiction Name is automatically carried over to ALL the other worksheets in the workbook.

Under the column entitled "Names" began typing each patron's name (one person per line). On that same line,

TAB over beneath the column entitled "Amount Received and type 3 for the $3.00 patron gave.

Do not skip lines when entering information. IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO TYPE THE PERSON NAME TWICE.
