MPSRA (MassPubs) Food Tent Sign Up for Sunday, October 29th in Lowell
2
This is our biggest event of the fall and will serve all novice and varsity rowers--plus families-- from early morning till late afternoon. That's a headcount of 150 so we need to pull together!
3
Down below, the blue boxes show where we need help. If you can bring that food at that time, or do that task at that time, please type in your name and best email or textable phone number. Please be aware of WHEN your contribution is expected riverside, and HOW it should be delivered.
4
These guidelines help us maximize the awesomeness of our spread throughout the day and minimize waste.
5
Also, remember to grab your reusable containers before you leave, and since our wonderful trailer has loads of equipment, you can leave your serving utensils at home.
6
Some KEY tasks are now listed below too; these are just as important as food items! Thank you all and Go TEAM.
