I have one other roommate and I also have a dog who is one year old. The room that is empty is 600 a month plus about 50 in utilities. There is free parking and free pets! We have a balcony also! The room has a bathroom attached to it, we have a washer and dryer as well in our unit! 25 | 2/21/2017 | Example Student | SM | I am currently signed to live in The Commons right off campus, but am needing to have someone take over this lease as soon as possible. I have lived at The Commons for 3 years and have had no problems with them at all. They are very nice and easy to deal with and have given me no trouble in all the time I have lived there. The apartment is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment that comes fully furnished. Cable, Internet and water are included, so the only utility that you would need to pay for would be electricity, which was never too much due to the fact that you split if 4 ways with the other roommates. The room that I am needing to move out of is one of the back bedrooms, which are the best! It is one of the few apartments that are within walking distance to campus and the strip! Rent is $480 a month, but with everything that is included and the distance to campus, it truly is a great deal and I’m not sure anything else will be as close for this cheap! | Female | ASAP | No pets | example1234@fake | 123-456-7890 |
