Z-lineshape I&II

Comment: There is more to say about the status of the feasibility study than possible in 1h30. I suggest to move IFNC to later times.

Comment: The title of the session can be modified to include more of the TeraZ programme or more of the precision programme at the other energies.

Z-lineshape I&II

Possible talks on Z lineshape from a Physics Performance perspective :

- Control of acceptances through selections and external alignment constraints (Mogens, Alain) -> lumi session

- In-situ determination of acceptances for ee -> gaga and ee -> ll events (Patrick) -> lumi session -> parallel?

- theoretical predictions for lumi determination (absolute with gammagamma and point-to-point and time dependence with Bhabha) -> Fulvio Picicini

- Luminosity from ee -> gaga: electron/gamma separation (Graham) -> lumi session

- Z -> Hadrons [ pile-up; subtraction of gammagamma background; hadronisation modelling; etc ] (s/o from MIT: ChP, or Josh B ) -> lineshape session

- ?? Z -> leptons [ track / muid efficiencies; specific issues related to ee; etc ] -> lineshape session -> parallel ?

- ?? Point-to-point uncertainty on sqrt(s) from dimuon events -> lineshape session -> parallel ?

Georgi-Machacek model: how to test it at FCC-ee? Is Z lineshape (or other Z pole observables) sensitive? Is the precision on Higgs couplings good enough to test it? √s and L needed? D. Treille & A. Crivelin?

Example of BSM models that would explain the great open questions, and affect (or not) the Z lineshape: can FCC-ee (FCC-hh) say anything about these models, starting from excluding/discovering them, and maybe estimate their fundamental parameters.

Presentation on comparison between baseline mid-term review optics and new `Pantaleo' optics, covering all aspects (not just EPOL) - Simone Liuzzo (ESRF) confirmed, support resquested -> Monday afternoon

EPOL-related experiments to be conducted at KARA accelerator in Karlsruhe, including first results - Jacqueline Keintzel -> moved to Parallel sesion, confirmed with Jacqueline and Guy.

Progress and goals in (other) EPOL topics - Guy Wilkinson -> lumi sesion?
