Please go into File > Make a copy. Rename as you like with your Mun Name attached.

If you'd only like to copy one tab of the sheet, right-click the tab you'd like to copy > copy to > existing sheet, and choose your original sheet from there.

Feel free to delete this tab or hide it by right-clicking the tab and selecting hide or delete. This sheet uses both images in cell and images over cells. Items, party sprites, and badges are in-cell; moving Pokemon sprites, Pokeballs on the corner, and signatures are over-cell. Gifs cannot be made into in-cell images. Take note of that when formatting your sheet!

I will also include a list of resources of where I got my sprites on the right-hand side. Moving .gifs of Pokemon are taken from Bulbapedia's BW sprites. Signatures are made using different fonts on transparent background. Happy editing!
