24 | Annual CAASPP reports are posted to the student’s online profile in PowerPortal for parent review. Hard copies are also available for parents. Report cards are issued six times a year at approximately six or seven week intervals. Our school year is divided into two semesters. All progress reports and semester report card grades are posted to PowerSchool which is accessible through ParentPortal and StudentPortal. All teachers will use PowerSchool Gradebook so that progress can be monitored by parents and students on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Parents are able to contact teachers via phone, voice-mail, email or written notice to monitor their child’s progress. Parents are also able to monitor their child’s progress digitally through PowerSchool’s ParentPortal. Parent conferences will be held upon parent request.
