OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITYCutting oil level & FlowStop all oil flow for 2 minutes, then read tank level on lathe and high pressure unit (MP only). Adjust as needed.
Check cutting oil flow and report low flow to maintenance for service (if unable to fix yourself).

Guide bushing/main colletInspect both for function. Need to make sure guide bushing spins smoothly and verify the tension on the main collet. If issues, clean, inspect and re-adjust.X

Lubrication oil & hydraulic fluidCheck and fill lubrication oil and hydraulic fluid as neededX

Non-conveyor assisted units:
Clean out cutting cabinet & chip tray
Place cut material into bin at side of machine, taking great care to not intermix recyclable metal materials & plastics. Maintenance will collect bins when full, or when material changes are made.X

Bar feeder lubrication oilInspect & adjust as necessary.X

Chuck Jaw & Sub-SpindleInspect chuck jaw (spindle and sub-spindle) for wear or damage. Replace as a set. Inspect cooling fan filter, and alert maintenance if replacement is needed.X
