39	Shipping Terms
40	● Shipment rates will be based on either actual or volumetric weight whichever is higher and is subject to prevailing GST. Volumetric weight is calculated as (Length x Width x Height) in cm / 5000.
41	● Max. Dimension (Length + Width + Height) in cm should not exceed 300cm,with greatest dimension not exceeding 150cm on any one side.
42	● Cash on Delivery (COD) – S$1.00 or 2.5% of collected sum, whichever is greater, per COD request (Only available for 1-Day Delivery Service)
43	● Order Submission Cut-off timing: 16:00 Monday to Fridays
44	● Delivery Hours: 9:00 - 22:00 Monday - Sundays
45	● Courier Basic Liability: In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, where the courier is at fault, J&T Express provides compensate a maximum amount of SGD 100 per Parcel or the declared value of the Parcel, whichever is lower.
