You can delete tabs that you don't want and adjust a few things, such as your onboarding items, habits in the habit tracker, meal suggestions in the nutrition guide, and the biggest things for you to play with are in the "Exercise List" and "Other Lists" tabs. You can add to the lists and they should automatically populate where appropriate. In the Exercise List tab, if you need to add more rows for a given type of exercise, just right click a row number near where you want to add a row, then select "insert 1 row below" or "insert 1 row below". Don't change the layout other than adding rows.
