11	All identifying sections have been removed from this sheet. You will only see your suggestion, its status the status, along with the staff member who is currently handling it. If you have questions in regards please reach out to that staff member specifically. Below are the color codes and what each one means along with what the status means.

16	Suggestions	Acknowledged	This is the first stage of any suggestion to indicate that it is being been looked at. This also means that a member of Staff is currently reviewing the suggestion and ensuring compliance with SAHP PM007 prior to its escalation to Staff Review.
17		Staff Review	The suggested item is currently being voted on in the appropriate voting channel by the Staff in Training and Staff members within the SAHP Chain of Command.
18		Senior Staff Review	The suggested item is currently being voted on in the appropriate voting channel by the Senior Staff members within the SAHP Chain of Command.
19		Admin Review	The suggested item is currently being voted on in the appropriate voting channel by the Administration Team within the SAHP Chain of Command.
20		Approved	The suggestion has been approved by Chain of Command pending implementation.
21		Implemented	The suggested was finalized and/or implemented.
22		Denied	The suggested item was denied at one of the levels of review. If you wish to know more information please reach out to the appropriate staff member.
23		Disregarded	The suggested item was disregarded. This can happen if there is a similar item already suggested, if it was misfiled, or it violated SAHP PM007.
24		Development	The suggested item was sent to our development coordination team for review. Note: There are no timelines for development related suggestions.
25		Send to Other Department	The suggested item is not specific to SAHP, and needs to be directed to another department (i.e. DoJRP Council). If you wish to know more information please reach out to the appropriate staff member.
