Click 'File', then click 'Make a copy' and add it to your Google drive.
Alternatively, you can download this sheet as an Excel file.

2Export student data with columns A-H in 'Data Entry Tool' tab from your Student Information Sysetem (SIS). If you do not have the data for all columns, export what you have and add any addtional data you need to keep track of your work. Make adjustments in your copied version of the spreadsheet.

3Design your communications and outreach plans, and begin tracking outreach attempts and outcomes in columns I-K and question responses in columns L-R.

4Columns S-T will automatically generate based on your selection for columns I-N. Please do not edit cells S-T.

6Analyze results. Download a CSV of student addresses that you can upload to the mapping tool. Begin mapping options for students in need of connectivity and devices.
