We can not fund petrol/gas costs on non-rented cars (rentals is ok), bottle deposits and parking costs. You can receive 19 cents/km for driving costs of your own car.if you plan a groupshow, please explain per person you want to grant money what their costs are.

We cannot fund anything that wasn't included in your application. This includes personal expenses, food or (alcohol) drinks, etc. unless it was clearly part of your accepted proposal. If you need to make changes to your budget during the process you need to notify Student Council for approval.

For paying external guests the standard Rietveld/Sandberg rate applies: 165e for a 1/2 day, 320e for a full day. WE CAN NOT PAY CURRENT STUDENTS FOR THEIR WORK

You won’t receive money from us. Instead you need to file requests for payments & reimbursements with the school that will be paid on your behalf. We file the receipts/invoices at the end of the funding round. You can expect yourself and others to be paid 4-6 weeks after that. If an expense needs to be paid before that time, it is possible, but you will need to arrange this with Student Council.
