3. You need to get an order # and fill out the order form below from Richie

4. You need to pay for your units, then we will quote you shipping and bill you for shipping/taxes separately before it ships out.

5. Assume shipping cost is $305/unit + sometimes GST of 12% unless you are a non profit in india

6. We will help you coordinate shipping as a curtesy but you are responsible if there is any issue and for customs.

7. In order to help with shipping, you need to share billing contact and information and destination address, contact person, phone, email, if individual, commercial or non profit, that is a gift, and KYC information

8. We do not hold units, if you do not pay, assume it has been sold by the end of the day

9. For US units, we confirm items before payment

10. For units shipping from China, you must pay and then we will confirm your order within 1 business day, if it is not approved, we will suggest an alternative or issue an immediate refund. Inventory in China moves very fast.

11. If you ship in the US and are not a non profit or don't have a resale certificate, assume you are charged sales tax

12. India is still charging a GST of 12% unless you are an Indian non profit recieving the goods

13. Please be aware of voltage. 110V will need a step down transformer. We sometimes have in stock.

14. Most goods in stock ship out immediately, average freight lead time is 5-10 days now with UPS or Fedex.
