Boulevard - Rye on Rye on Rye (2017)

For this inaugural release, a rich, tawny rye ale is aged in first-use rye whiskey barrels then transferred to yet another set of first-use rye whiskey barrels for a second aging, effectively resulting in "Rye on Rye on Rye."4.2

Ecliptic’s third orbit around the sun is on October 20th. To celebrate they brewed an Imperial Porter with a gravity warping amount of cherries. A blend of seven malts along with Columbus, Amarillo, Chinook, and Cascade hops complement the chocolatey cherry flavors. ABV 9% IBU 50

Crux - Freakcake (2018)10.50%35We've taught an old brown new tricks. The brunette hue is derived from roasted Belgian aromatic malts, and fruity esters are augmented by lemon and orange zest. For a further twist, Brettanomyces induced secondary fermentation flecked with tart cherries, dates, cranberries, currants, and figs for a mildly acidic ale. Want something even freakier? Cascade - Kentucky Peach (2018)
8.30%N/AKentucky Peach is a blend of sour wheat and quad ales aged in bourbon and wine barrels for up to 16 months with more than 7,000 lbs of fresh Northwest-grown peaches. Each day, we hand select only the ripest fruit to add to the sour wheat ales that have already been aging for 12+ months. The fruited ales will then age 5 months before blending it with the bourbon barrel-aged quads. This limited project offers flavors of ripe peaches and warm bourbon with hints of oak and a light malt sweetness.4.21

2 Towns - West County Replica6.90%N/ANot for the faint of heart, this newest addition to our speciality line up is a beautifully done "West Country Replica", harking to English Ciders of the past. At 6.9%, this complex cider has all the notes of an English cider with the phenolic aroma of bittersweet and bittersharp apples such as Kingston Black, Porter's Perfection, Dabinette and Yarlington Mill. Wild fermented, barrel aged, and is very dry.
