7	A	BASIC INSTRUCTIONS
8	1	Census details of all members of the Scout Group should be as of 30th September 2022.
9	2	The Group Scout Leader should complete this form in triplicate. One copy should be kept in the Scout Group file and the other two copies along with the corresponding forms & Fees should be sent to the District Commissioner.
10	3	The District Commissioner will scrutinize them carefully, sign them and keep one copy in the District file and the remaining copy together with the summary sheet and Membership Fees should be sent to the National Headquarters before 31st October 2022.
