This month has been an incredible journey! While it had its challenges as it was the beginning, getting to know the amazing team and our members has made it all worthwhile. My main focus has been on developing the Membership and points system. - Established an activity report template for national and local events, organized a drive file for activities, and shared it with an explanation to the TO.
- Worked on Membership system:
* Prepared MedSCO introductory file shared with members.
* Wrote membership guidelines reviewed by the president.
* Established a Small Working Group with 2 teams: Registration and Sponsorship. Assigned VPFS as the head of sponsorship team.
* Sent call for new MedSCO members to register in the system. All member IDs were reviewed personally and by the registration team; any wrong IDs were contacted and corrected. All members registered so far have received invitations to the WhatsApp community. Any problem with the website was raised to VPE and solved.
* Promoted it on Instagram with a highlight. Answered all inquiries on WhatsApp and Instagram (with MPDD)
- Worked on the Points System with VPCB:
* Wrote Points System Guidelines with VPCB and President.
* Established a Small Working Group with VPCB.
* Made a form for past participations, yet to be published.

I strengthened financial organization by creating tracking sheets, drafting reimbursement rules for exchange programs, and planning budgets for national and exchange activities. I also led the Sponsorship Team, set selection criteria, and wrote minutes.- Prepared and wrote minutes for EB and SupCO meetings to ensure proper documentation and follow-up on decisions.
- Sent detailed guidelines on how to use the new financial tracking sheets via email to all relevant members.
- Organized a team meeting to discuss and set selection criteria for the Student Exchange Program at SQU.
- Chaired the Sponsorship team of the membership and conducted a meeting.
- Developed an action plan for the Sponsorship team activities.
- Created three financial tracking sheets in collaboration with the President and the VPE to improve financial transparency. - Developed Selection criteria and job descriptions for the Sponsorship Team, Merchandise, Logistics, and Design teams. - Drafted refund regulations for the Student Exchange Program. - Returned reimbursements to students who have problems with the Exchange Program. - Created a WhatsApp group for the Local VPFSs and organized a coordination meeting for workflow. - Sent emails to confirm bookings and reserved the hall for the TOM1 meeting. - Discuss and explore possible funding related to incoming students, such as workshops and social programs

This month was marked by strong engagement and collaborative work with other EB members, and significant progress in establishing key structural tools such as the Points System Manual and the Trainers Progression Tracking Sheet. Focus was placed on coordination, capacity-building visibility, and operational follow-up with LCs to ensure smooth implementation of upcoming plans.
•Established contact with all LC VPCBs and conducted 3 meetings to discuss their needs and align goals.
•Collaborated with the VPI to initiate the Points System, including the creation of the official Points System Manual.
•Worked with the President and VPE on developing the Trainers Progression Tracking Sheet.
•Began drafting and presenting the Annual Work Plan (AWP) to the LCs for feedback and alignment.
•Collaborated with the VPI to form a Small Working Group (SWG) dedicated to past events’ points allocation.
•Organized a Capacity Building booth during MedSCO 101 (Back to Basics) to promote CB opportunities and engagement.

The initiation of the Points System was the key milestone this month, marking a major step toward structured member recognition and transparency. The collaborative effort between EB members and the formation of the SWG represented a strong example of teamwork and commitment to sustainability in capacity building.

It was a month full of energy between me and the 2LOMES, and it was a month filled with meetings and planning for the future of SCOME.-We were able to conduct bedside sessions in the NU.
-I managed to coordinate the content that will be presented in both LCs about MedsCo over time.
-I met with the LOMEs and we discussed the SCOME strategy in depth.-I started working on the Panda Day proposal.
-I met with NPO and NORP for our event.
-I was able to answer all the inquiries and consultations from the NEO.
-currently working on the SCOME Talks topic.

Interesting and Entertaining : had a lot of meetings and had long hours of planning for future event- edited the current madad team structure with the ExNORP

Last month was very eventful. I took over MedSCO account, and we started posting the firt post for this term on 8th of this month. I also set the internal operation guidelines.- I established the internal operating guidelines.
- The first reel (our firts post in this term) has reached 15.2k views so far and appeared on the Explore page by 4% within the first 24hr. The second reel performed just as well, reaching 19.6k till today
-Overall account views increased by 735.2K over the past month.
- The number of followers also grew from 12.5k to 12.6k

This month is the starting point of term 25/26 , which was off with a great start in medsco's journey. Happy to take this step with my best locals . - LOM0 went successfully.
