3	Michigan schools are required to post documentation of completed emergency drills (fire, tornado, lockdown) within 30 days of completing the drill. Building principals use this online format to record drills, and a signed copy is kept on file in each school. 6	Date	Date of drill
7	Time	Time of day drill was conducted
8	Time Required	Number of minutes and seconds required to clear building, take shelter positions, etc.
9	Participants	Number of persons evacuated or sheltered during drill (includes students and staff)
10	Conducted By	Name of school official in charge of initiating and overseeing the drill
11	Law Enforcement	If the drill was coordinated with law enforcement, list name of officer involved; if none, leave blank.
