1. This buylist is not a binding contract. The prices reflected in this buylist serves merely as a indicator of what we will pay for the stated cards. There will be instances where we may decide not to significantly adjust the price for the cards listed or may limit the quantity purchased at the price point reflected.

2. In view of what is stated at (1), we do not recommend customers buying up cards from other sources/players to sell to our buylist as the prices reflected are "live" and subject to frequent changes as well. We will not be accountable for any losses incurred due to such an activity.

3. The buy price indicated is for normal non-foil version of the card. We may choose not to purchase showcase/alternate art/foil versions at the same price or may offer a different price, be it higher or lower.

4. We only purchase English cards and the prices indicated are for NM. Cards in lower grade may still fetch a price, albeit lower, subject to assessment by our purchasing staff. Bulk rares and mythics are valued at $0.05 and only english versions will be accepted.

5. If you are intending to sell a large volume of cards, do make an appointment so that you can avoid peak period of our store operation. You can reach out to us through our Facebook page or the webstore live chat.

6. The buy price reflected is for "Cash" transaction. If you prefer to receive store credit instead, we will offer an extra 10%. However, the full amount of store credit must be used up on the same day. We will not carry records of store credit for future purchases.

7. For sale of MTG sealed products and high value cards not listed in this buylist, please approach our main store, MTG-ASIA for appraisal.

8. We also purchase collections, be it big or small. Full cash payment will be guaranteed upon agreement of the sale price. In cases of large and bulky collections, we will arrange and bear the cost of courier to our main store once we can agree on the purchase price.

9. If your buylist is extensive and you wish to cut down on the waiting time for us to process it in-store, you can request for our Buylist form. Simply prepare it ahead of time and submit it before coming down to our stores.
