6	Production:	I produced work by following directions and completing tasks in order assigned.
7	Planning:	I prepared and created work using an organized plan I created prior to project completion.

10	Safety:	I did not work safely with the equipment and project materials. I continually used tools improperly. I endangered my classmates with my actions.
11	Teamwork:	I did not work with other students in the class as my team as my roles changed and without care as to the quality of the final product.
12	Communication:	I did not provide basic information required for others to understand my work.
13	Production:	I never completed task or followed directions. I worked on projects in order I decided.
14	Planning:	I never prepared or organized myself before work was due.

18	Safety:	I did not continually work safely with the equipment and project materials. I some times used my tools and interacted with my classmates improperly.
19	Teamwork:	I worked with other students in the class as my roles changed, but complained and my product did completely meet standards.

21	Production:	I partially completed task and some times followed directions.
22	Planning:	I partially organized and prepared before work was due; however, I never followed through in the use of this plan.

30	Planning:	I prepared and organized myself before work was due. My product was created as a result of using my plan.

33	Safety:	I taught others how to work safely with the equipment and project materials. I lead the class in getting them to use their tools properly.
34	Teamwork:	I worked with ALL students in my class, helping lead the different groups and taking extra time to make sure the finished product was of superior quality.
35	Communication:	I provided information required for others to understand my work in a creative and entertaining way.
36	Production:	I completed task and followed directions ahead of schedule. I helped others complete their tasks and helped refine the assignments to increase productivity.
37	Planning:	My organization and planning enhanced the quality of my project.
