Well, you know that I'd apply a leave to go for the morning walk tomorrow but it was postponed for two weeks as the nature reserve is closed for repairs to the paths. I feel dissappointed with this as I'd already applied for a leave. What am I going to do tomorrow, Sharlyn? Well I think I'll just do the housework I'll guess. For your information, I've been planning to join the morning walk since the fee is still the same. I was really disappointed with the email that I've received yesterday regarding the changes of the programme. As the club secretary, you should ask the members view before fixing the new date because we might have our own plan.
I already plan my time wisely for the nature walk that you have planned first. I was looking forward for the morning walk because I enjoy nature and be close to nature.I have arranged all my activities according to the previous date. But now I'm in the middle of confusion because of your new date. I have to attend a wedding ceremony of my neighbour's daughter.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the changes of the morning walk date. For your information, I have been looking forward for the morning walk for a few weeks. I am so frustrated with the fact that they are not able to complete upgrading the path before our visit.

I will not be able to join the morning walk on the 15th because I will have to be in Africa for a research on African Elephants conservation next week. I will only return on December. I would really appreciate it if the club is able to arrange another date for another nature walk in December so I will be able to join in. I would like draw your attention about the repair work at the nature reserve in Skudai.I am dissapointed that the repair works taking a long time. This really caused inconvenient the people who are using the park regularly.Futhermore that is the only safe path to use. If the people chose the path leading the mountain it is dangerous because a troop of monkeys always roaming around there. My suggestion is please ask your workers to repair it as fast as possible.

They should have taken the action earlier because the paths were in bad shape and its eyesore to the public. They will be dangerous for the public because of the bad conditions. I am glad that the fee remains the same after the upgrading.. Hi, I am one of the member of the nature club. I have found out that the nature reserve is closed for 2 weeks for upgrading work. Our activities have been interrupted and I suggest that we can still have it near the nature park.
Other than that we can rescheduled our activities to cater for the closure of the nature reserve. We can bring forward the activities such as cooking competition, drawing classes, and fashion show. All these activities are held in community building so I think rather than waiting for the nature reserve to open why don't we organize these activities in this 2 weeks.
I would also suggest that we would have a welcoming party or tree planting activities on the 15th on the conjunction of the new paths. Give out brochure to public to encourage them to preserve the environment. At least we do something to protect the mother earth. I do hope you will consider my suggestions

The repairs have caused inconvenient to all the members. In order to minimize inconvenience, it would be better to open part of the paths for the morning walk instead of closing all the paths for 2 weeks. The members are able to do the walk as usual in the morning. The club can also inform the members that certain paths are in repairs and the repairs can be done in the evenings.
I sincerely request that you will consider the suggestions. I hope the members can continue the walk even the repairs are going on.
If you do not reconsider the suggestions to open the paths, I will have no option to do exercise at home.

I have something to tell you about. Next week, that is on Monday and Tuesday, my telephone services, both mobile and land lines will going to be distracted because of the telephone company is going to improve their telephone network. They are going to install a new telecoms tower on those days. It would takes approximately 8 hours to install it. Well I' afraid that all my incoming calls will not working during the installation days. Thus, I just want to remind you and others about this problems. Hopefully this problems will be settled early.

I, as the behalf party of the residents here want to complain about what will happened next week, that is on Monday and Tuesday. During that days, your telephone company are going to make an installation of a new telecoms tower near by my resident. This would distract all communication services including the internet and all telephone services, that is both mobile and land lines services. The disrupted will take approximately 8 hours to install the new tower. The installation working will started from 8am to 5pm on Monday and Tuesday. Within that days we, the residents here will having lots of problems in communication with the outsiders. This will disturbs our routines and works because both telephone and internet service are more important to us because we use them almost every day. As the behalf party of the residents here, we hope there would be other solutions for you to think to overcome this kind of problems. As for us, we suggest that you need to built a temporary tower on any roof of any high buildings here. Therefore, there will be no distraction happen on the communication for this area. We hope that this things will not be something that would bother both parties, the residents and your company.

I, am as the teacher of Nature Club at SMK Datok Bahaman, would like to express a great disappointment over the sudden close of Nature Reserve. It is understandably that, it has to go through some repairs to the paths. However, we would be highly appreciated that if your organization could've told us earlier. By that, we would nt have gone through a lot of chores; letters of approval to parents, collecting fees as well as getting approval from the District Education Center. Besides, we have already paid the amount for the morning walk activity to the organization. Had the organization informed us at an earlier date, it could have made things easier for all of us.

Therefore, we would like to have our money back in return. Due to all the problems we have to face, we also want some discounted tickets for our future visit there.

All in all, we still would want to continue to be in this club, so, please in the future, we hope that the organization can be more understanding and prompt to inform us any changes.

Secondly, can the club organise something for us to occupy our morning walk session like having a yoga or aerobic classes on the field while waiting for the path to be completed. In this manner, club members still can come to the club as usual to enjoy the nature and surroundings.

I am really upset for the postponed of the morning walk around the nature reserve. I think the club should choose another time for the repair but not at this moment as it is going to be a school holiday next week. This is the only time where parents can do activities together with their children and teach their children to socializing with other members of the club. Our club can also set up some social activities such as collecting rubbish or replant the mangrove trees as our nature reserve is one of the famous wetland and tourists spot. By doing these activities during the school holiday, hopefully we can get more participants among school children and teenagers. In the future, I hope our nature club will be more alert when deciding any repairing and may be we can have a meeting and get opinions from the club members before pursuing any work.

Dear sir,

I am writing regarding the postponement of the next meeting of our nature club, which is the morning walk around the nature reserve.

I was informed in your email that the morning walk has to be postponed to Sunday the 15th as the nature reserve is closed for repairs to the paths. I would like to express my disappointment with the postponement of the meeting because I have been looking forward to this meeting ever since I was first informed about it.

It is well understood that this inefficiency is not totally on the club behalf. However, I believe that before the club schedules an activity or a meeting, research about the condition of the paths should be taken into account beforehand and the safety of the members should come first. I am not sure if I would like to join the walk along the new paths as they are still new and we will be the first to try them out. It will be quite risky.

Therefore, I would like to cancel my booking and I must insist that you address the safety of the members before they try out the new paths in order to avoid any accidents or casualties.

You know what, I'm so frustrated when the nature club has postponed the morning walk around the nature reserved. I have been thinking to go there, snapping some photos of plants and rare species. 2. I as one of the nature club members would like to express my dissatisfaction towards the visit to the morning walk around the nature reserve that is postponed. I suggest the club will arrange another educational trip somewhere to replace this morning walk. Since the date chosen is during the holidays, we do not have other time available for a visit. As the member of the Club, I feel so frustrated as what has been planned doesn't work. The visit is very meaningful to me as I am planning to take some photos of flora and fauna during the walk. In fact I also plan to document them and do some research.
3. Therefore, before any activities done,make sure the place that we are planning to go has no problems encountered due to any repairs or renovation done.

4. We hope in the future, the club will be more careful and concern towards this arising matter.

I'm writing this in connection with the issue of postponing the morning walk.I'm so disappointed with the current changes.

Firstly, the change of the date. I'm already prepared to participate in the morning walk with the other members since last month.We have been planning to take some photos of the amazing nature to be published in our upcoming grapevine bulletin.

Secondly, there is no prior notice.It would be great,if you informed us earlier.This short notice has created an inconvenient caused to the members.The club should have sent emails or notices so that it gives time for us plan.

May I suggest a few recommendations?The morning walk should be carried out as planned by using other available paths.This would satisfy everyone who has make the plan. Besides, the club could also provide us some photos of the nature reserves so that we are enable to publish the bulletin in time.

I'm looking forward to receiving your response and reply to my suggestions.

Worse to think about it has to be postphone for 2 weeks.

I have been a member of this club since 10 years ago and have been enjoying superb and promising benefits from it.

I would like to sincerely suggest that the meeting not be postphone for such a long time. This is because the morning walk around the nature reserve is very much awaited by all of us especially for members with school children.

The school holidays will be over by the time the program being rescheduled. Anyway Sunday would be appropriate for the walk. If you do not reconsider the matter regarding the meeting, I am afraid many members would think twice to renew their membership next year.

However, congratulation for not increasing the fees and still remain 15. It is most welcome and appreciated by us.

I extremely hope my mentioned suggestions would be taken into consideration.
