They are authorised to expend up to $500.00 per month for petty expenses on behalf of the Society. They will not keep more than $500.00 in the form of cash and money in excess of this will be deposited in a bank to be named by the Executive Committee. Cheques, etc. for withdrawals from the bank will be signed by the Treasurer and either the President or the Vice President or the Secretary. " |
8 | Liaison Officer | Fiona Shea (DCIS) | Connect with other organizations and people (e.g., Red Dot authors and publishers) | "coordinate and maintain relationships with other organisations, for example: Ministry of Education, International Baccalaureate Organisation, National Library Board of Singapore, Schools International Library Cooperative ASIA, East Asia Regional Council of Overseas Schools, International School Library Association and The European Council of International Schools. They will also liaise with the Webmaster for the timely distribution of public information about the annual Readers Cup. " |
